BIOGRAPHIE

With more than 15 years of experience in coaching and physical training, Mathieu Wagner currently works with both high-level athletes and individuals desiring high-quality training sessions.

Passionate about health and well-being, Mathieu Wagner decided early on to share this enthusiasm by becoming a sports professional. His qualifications in this field are extensive: a STAPS degree (Science & Techniques of Physical & Sports Activities), a University Degree in Physical Training, National Diploma in Tennis and Wheelchair Tennis.

He then became a physical trainer and coach in well-known organisations with numerous professional athletes, most notably in the world of tennis.

Mathieu also worked as a Sports & Physical Education teacher and with people who have mental or physical disabilities. These additional experiences helped make him into a teacher who adapts to each person, regardless of their current level of fitness.

His references in sports performance (see below) are recognised in the profession. They provide him with a solid basis from which to see each objective through to success. He treats each client the same way, be they professional or not, with the aim of reaching the goals set. He considers it his duty to make meticulous adjustments, like fine-tuning a Formula 1 race car.

Speaking French, English and German, Mathieu Wagner travels all around the French Riviera for individuals and all over the world for competing athletes. His ability to motivate, his goodwill and his professionalism are appreciated by many.

  • Using resources
  • Releasing change
  • Metamorphosis

These keywords refer to challenges that you may encounter. You have prepare yourself step by step, through an accurate assessment of “who you are”, in particular by asking the right questions. And create the little differences that allow you to develop your talents and reach your goals, or identify the solutions that will enable you to take it to the next level.

Physical activity is the ideal way to unwind, to have fun, to make time for yourself and to feel better every day. Your training programme must take into account your lifestyle, with all its constraints and stress.
